Construction and Index Analysis of Whole Chain Linkage Talent Training System Based on Fuzzy AHP Model

The construction and analysis of the entire chain linkage talent training system can measure level education at same time improve talents drive development for society. This paper uses AHP model CPII to analyze index system. research shows that weight value personality literacy is largest, followed by innovation literacy, emotional intelligence leadership management ability scientific literacy; in importance first-level indicators, it found most people think important; consistency test results have good consistency; comment set second-level highest expertise, independence practicality, diligence. Through evaluation its operation quality, provide reform ideas departments fully play role talents, create a working atmosphere, suitable ways capabilities. AHP’s on has largest among five indicators. cultivation leadership, ability, etc. better reflect characteristics talents.
